How It Works- Getting Started with BluTree

Upon contacting BluTree, we will set up a time to conduct an 18-part prospect assessment. Through the assessment, we document your processes and put them through a modeling program. This assessment then helps us identify ways for BluTree to improve your processes as a business. Though there is a charge for the assessment, you are not obligated to continue with BluTree to provide these services (though we certainly do hope you will consider us as your partner as you move forward).

Once engaged with us, that difference will become even more apparent because of our proven frameworks and unique team approach. The services and business advice you receive will be coordinated across business functions. With BluTree, our off-site team will work with your senior leadership to define strategic goals and tactics, identifying just the services and skills you need, when you need them most.
